The offering for the retreat day is $55.00, which includes lunch. All are welcome to participate—no writing experience is necessary.
Throughout our lives there is an ongoing interplay of darkness and light, struggle and clarity. Even when we do not see the light, we can trust that God/Love dwells in the darkness with us, holding and supporting us. This realization can transform our darkness into a life-affirming experience.
This retreat day is an opportunity to explore the “interconnectedness and the mutual inter-dependency of dark and light” (Esther de Waal) and to dispose ourselves to receiving the gifts hidden in this darkness more fully.
Please register by Monday, February 25, 2019
We will celebrate Mass and distribution of ashes on Ash Wednesday immediately following 7:00 a.m. Lauds (morning prayer).

*In April, we will not have Taizé in the Desert as the third Friday of the month is Good Friday*
All are welcome to join us on the third Friday of each month at 7:00 PM. This is an ecumenical and interdenominational form of prayer. Taizé is a spirituality that is easy to experience and hard to describe. Invite your friends and family.
Thank you for continuing to join us for this evening of prayer through the style of Taizé!

C-Squared Young Adult Ministry invites all young adults (18-35) to a Young Adult Lenten Retreat on the theme, “Peace Be With You” at Santa Maria de la Vid Abbey (5825 Coors Blvd. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121) on Saturday, March 23, 2019, 8:00am-3:00pm. We will gather in the Bethany Retreat House following Morning Prayer and Mass.
What is Peace? What does it mean to be truly present to peace? What is the difference between being physically present and spiritually present? Join us as we explore our responses to these questions in light of our personal Lenten journeys and our shared journey as a community of faith.
