The Ways That Lead To Freedom
A Meditative Writing Retreat with Meg Ashcroft
From what do we need to free ourselves—or be freed from—in order to embrace our deepest self/identity as beloved of God? In this retreat we will have time and space to explore how our unique path has shaped our relationship to freedom, and to identify areas of our lives that long for liberation.
All are welcome to participate —no writing experience is necessary!
Please register by Monday, April 29 by calling (505) 873-4399, or email MAshcroft@norbertinecommunity.org.
$55.00 cost includes lunch
Leave the noise of modern life behind for an evening of prayer at
Santa Maria de la Vid Abbey – 5825 Coors Blvd. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121!
Build your relationship with Jesus Christ through song, scripture, silence and contemplation with other young adults and members of our community! Attend the next prayer service in the spirit of Taizé, a French monastic community.
June 21– 7TH ANNIVERSARY
*In April, we will not have Taizé in the Desert as the third Friday of the month is Good Friday*
All are welcome to join us on the third Friday of each month at 7:00 PM. This is an ecumenical and interdenominational form of prayer. Taizé is a spirituality that is easy to experience and hard to describe. Invite your friends and family.
Thank you for continuing to join us for this evening of prayer through the style of Taizé!
