Grace is a divine energy that is always present in our lives. Everyone is called to the fullness of a graced life, but in order to “dance” with grace or fully realize its presence, we need to become aware of the countless forms it takes.
In this meditative writing retreat, we will explore the ways grace appears so that we may experience our world as deeply touched by God’s love.

All are welcome to participate in this presentation at the Norbertine Abbey by Rabbi Nahum Ward-Lev of Santa Fe.
What are the spiritual resources that help us to live with wisdom, vision and hope in the face of contemporary societal challenges? We will seek these spiritual resources by studying the way of the Hebrew prophets. We will explore how the prophets challenged unjust institutions of their day and brought forward a vision of an alternative future. We will study the worldview of the Hebrew prophet and apply the learning to our own day. The presentation will include scripture reflection, conversation and experiential exercises.
Rabbi Nahum is an experienced spiritual director who has led workshops at retreat centers, synagogues, churches and seminaries across the U.S. His book, The Liberating Path of the Hebrew Prophets: Then and Now, was published earlier this year by Orbis Books.
Registration is not necessary for this event. Free will offerings are greatly appreciated.
